HI,
I have images, my bot is picking each week, one image. and extracting text and i need specific text in image and bot will consider this text as Subject Name.

I want to get specific text in image but
I want same font size text only.
I'm using extract text with OCR action, i got entrie text in image. My bot is consider only now first line text as subject Name. and it's same font size whatever i want.

But sometimes some images I have,  same font size text should be go to second line. and some images I have,  same font size present in first line. If first line same font size text is present, it's fine for me,
but sometimes it will go to second line. How to get this text.

Point of explaining is i need only same font size text in image. And every time image is different.

Many thanks for help

    Hi There,

    I Agree with @eetuRobo comments.

But you may also try to pass these images to AI builder and see it helps you.

    Thanks,

My PADs Extract text with OCR -action was not able to extract much from those images (very broken words and not full sentences). The glare on the screen makes it difficult for OCR to read the text.

But either way its gonna be difficult to create a logic to code that reliably knows which is the subject text you want to extract. Since there doesn't seem to be rules on those subjects that repeat every time.

Sorry for not being able to help much further.

Could you show some examples of the images and what you need from them to be extracted as subject name. Either draw over sensitive data or just create an example of what the image looks like with the text. That would make it easier to try to replicate the flow and test how to tackle the issue.

Does the text that is the Subject Name have some rules/logic to it? Is it some id or phrase? Like "Report 13.01.2025 id: gh00035" or something like that
Also show screenshot of the %OcrText% -variable when you have ran the flow.

PADs OCR does not support identifying text by font size. I think you need to think of some other logic like parsing the extracted text with regex to get the Subject Name.
Or maybe some other OCR (Azure OCR, Google Vision or something like that) can identify the text by font size but those usually has some extra costs tied to it.
