Re: Send email with options, default value for people who don't respond after certain # of days

You can take a try with the following screenshots.


Open Apply to each Concurrency control.


Set send email with options Time Out. For the convenience of testing, I set it up for 2 minutes. You can set it to P15D according to your needs.(click on the link for more information related to ISO 8601 format)


Add Scope action and update item action.

Set the run after of Scope.


Add Update item action.

Set the run after of Update item


Complete Flow.

Save and test the flow.
When Test2 select the Option from the email, the role column will be updated immediately.

After 2 minutes, the role column of the unresponsive item will be automatically updated to no response.
