Any help would be appreciated as this is my first flow I'm creating!

    Hi @TanJacketChem,

It would be better to use a template to add the records. I would like to suggest the following template:

    1. Create from Template:

    2. Select "Insert a row in an Excel spreadsheet when Microsoft Forms is submitted"

    image.png

    3. Select a place that you would like to add Excel location

    4. I chose OneDrive for Business

    5. Now, the important thing that you keep in mind is the Excel should be created with "Table" name that you will add the values in a row. Open your Excel application in local (Some excel online UI can't add table name) and create a table:

    6. In design tab, you can add a name without blank (ex: From_Forms) and save

    7. Upload this file to OneDriveimage.png

    8. Select MS form you created and add the Excel location as below:image.png

    9. You can remove the rest of Flow cards under the excel which is not necessary

    Hope this helps. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Jisung Han
