How to refresh the app on phone?
It worked if I use this code Refresh([@’YourDataSource’]) with Timer to refresh the app in browser but it's not working on phone.

You can always have a button to refresh it or when you navigate to a certain screen Refresh it.
The only way I know to refresh is Refresh(DataSource)

I don't want to use a button to click to refresh.

Do you want to refresh the data source of the app on phone?
Have you tested it with other phones? I did a simple test according to your needs, and the app can be refreshed normally on the phone. I was using iPhone with iOS 15.1 to run the App, and the mobile Power Apps version is 3.2112.24.

My current authoring version is 3.21112.22 on iPhone with iOS 15.0.2
How can change authoring version to 3.21112.24?
The authoring version on my computer is also 3.21112.22. You could update the Power Apps version on the mobile phone to the latest version and re-test on the mobile phone.
