Pre-populating choice column

Hi everyone,

I am after assistance with something on my PowerApp.

I have two columns in SharePoint with choice items (It is for the user to select a time Start Time and End Time). When the user selects and End Time, I would like the next Start Time on the row below to be replicated/pre-populated as the choice item. See below

I want them to be able to change it if they want, but most of the time it will be the same as the End Time
