Cannot publish power app due to Bing Maps connector permission error

Hello all,

We have a power app that I am trying to make changes in and when I make the changes and go to publish it, I get the message:

"The caller with object id '*Removed for privacy*-db618562156e' does not have the minimum required permission to perform the requested operation on connection 'e*removed for privacy*-f9f9040b35b11' under API 'shared_bingmaps'."

So it seems that Bing maps is the issue in the connector, but when I go and look at it, I have those permissions.

We cannot figure out what the issue is. Can anyone help please?

Have you tried the "search" feature in the settings? Look for word "implicit"

Hi @SeongKim  Thank you for this! I am not seeing this though and do not have the "Retired" section under there? Is this in the App settings or the connector settings?

I have potentially found the issue - "implicit connections" must be turned ON in the settings.

Go to settings, under "Upcoming Features" --> "Retired" --> "Implicit Connections" - make sure it is ON.

Hello, @DVOP, have you tried to remove the connection and re-add it?
