Currently the company I work for and I have created a sort of document workflow in which one person will make revisions to the document, and once they select approve from their email (indicating they are complete with their revisions), the document moves to the next person, and so on, until the document is revised to their liking. I was wondering if there was a way to view some sort of transaction summary of the flow once it is complete indicating that each employee has clicked on approve once they were done with the revisions as well as date/time of each action? Thanks for any help!
Thanks for your reply!
So our current situation right now is that we are trying to create a sort of document workflow with legal documents, in which, Person A uploads a contract to SharePoint, Person B takes a look at it, makes revisions, then approves of it from the email of the flow, then it is sent off to person C, who does the same process as Person B and it goes through each employee until everyone is satisfied with the language of the contract.
So essentially the flow is full of sending emails and getting approvals before sending off to the next person.
I saw the run history, and that is similar to what I am looking for, I was just wondering if there was a sheet or something that could be saved or printed out showing that each person has approved the contract revisions or not such as a summary page
Hi @apasqua,
Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?
Do you add a approval action within your flow?
Further, do you want to view the run history of the flow?
If you want to view the run history of the flow, you could select one flow run within RUN HISTORY area to view the run history:

Kris
