Hello Everyone!
I have been tasked with an interesting request. I am not sure if it is possible. At our organization, we have built a real-time process that allows for the warehouse team to reach out to our operation team with questions about shipment in Teams. Now, they would like to bring that process into Zendesk to gain insight on volume, visibility, and etc.
Goal: The goal is to turn a team message into a Zendesk ticket and then when an agent responds to the Zendesk ticket then it will send a reply back to the same team message making it a thread or a reply to the original team message.
Question: Is there a way to build a connector between Team and Zendesk? If not, is there a way to build a connector where a Team message turns into an email that email forwarded to Zendesk, and then when the email is responded to in Zendesk the email will then send a reply back to the same team message?
Also, open to hearing feedback if this method would be too difficult to maintain.
