How do I create the following flow in Power Automate for Microsoft Project Web?

"Send Email When a task is completed from Microsoft Project Web." This is for Project Web, not Planner, not Project Online, Project Desktop, etc.

I see one for Planner but that is not what I need.

Is there a flow already created?

If not, how do I create one?

If I am not able to create one do I ask Microsoft to create one and if so how?
