When a new response is submitted start date

Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the "When a new response is submitted" trigger within Office 365. Using this trigger, I'm able to retrieve user data and add a row to an Excel table. However, I've noticed that I'm not provided with fields for "Start time" and "Completion time." Is there a way to add these two pieces of information to the table?

Thanks in advance for your assistance!

    Hi @Bambula

    Are those fields needs to be captured from the user when summitting the MS form?

    Thanks

    @ManishSolanki  "start time" refers to when the user fills out the form.

    Hi @Bambula

    To get the date & time when the form is submitted by the user, we can set the current date & time in the flow. Here is the sample for you:

    You need to write an expression to get current date & time. Expressions need to be written in the expression box as highlighted in the screenshot:

    formatDateTime(convertFromUtc(utcNow(),'India Standard Time'),'yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm tt')

    Here, I have converted the time from UTC to India Standard Time, you may modify the time zone and format as per your need.

    If this helps & solves your problem, please remember to give a 👍 and accept my solution as it will help others in the future.

    Thanks
