Hi

We created the flow below 2 months ago.

Then, it stopped working around a month ago with the error message below. After some time it resolved itself.

Today the issue came back (good timing when mydeadline is next Monday). Last time the flow ran was 6 days ago with no changes on the flow.

I tried to amend the Responsible Officer Claims field to i:0#.f|membership|email@domain.com but the issue still persists.

Could anyone please assist?

Your prompt repsonse would be much appreciated!

    Hi @scrosswa ,

In your first error screenshot, I can see the name of the user instead of claim, which is not correct. There has to be the claim of user.

In your 2nd error screenshot there is not proper formation of claim.

Would request you to add claim dynamically instead of forming manually.

Sometimes user is not available in the organization and if you try to add that user it will throw an error.

So before adding any user, check if that user is present in organisation.

To check that, there is an action present called SearchforUser.  if user is present that add into SP else igore.

In this way, it will be reliable and no error will come in future.

    Thanks

    Thanks Vivek for your reply.

I im a beginner here. What would you mean by 'add claim dynamically'?

There is nothing listed when the this field is dynamic.

    Hi @scrosswa ,

In your case, it seems like you cannot get the Claim dynamically.

How you are building the Claim, can you let me know ?

    Thanks

    Hi @scrosswa ,

    Have you solved this issue?

Probably by the concern of security policy your screenshots are removed in your post, but to populate a Person column in SP list could use the dynamic claims that from your form:

    concat('i:0#.f|membership|',toLower(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/responder']))

    Best regards,
