Hi, I want use the track new files in an excel sheet but also include tracking of the subfolders.
Did a search and can see this was not possible last year.
Is this possible to do with today with powerapps or other workarounds today?

No, this is still not possible to achieve this in one flow. I think this requirement might not be considered as there seems not so many users ask for it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
