What do I need to run the on premise gatway?

I'm evaluating Microsoft Flow for some business needs and would love to try some flows accessing ERP data on the internal network.

So I installed the Gateway on a testmachine (directly connected to the internet through a firewall to keep it easy) and everything seemed to work at first, the gateway appears in my Flow test account.

However, when running the diagnosis it fails at one and the log tells me my Token has expired? Do I need to create an account somewhere else to get this working?

EnterpriseGatewayConfigurator.exe Error: 0 : Unable to Get ServiceBusRelaysInfo, ex: Microsoft.PowerBI.DataMovement.ExternalClient.PowerBIHttpRequestException: Status code: 'Forbidden', ErrorCode: 'TokenExpired'

Hi @elwis ,

Are you creating the flow in the default environment with same credentials as you used to set up the On Prem Gateway. Please confirm this. Note: On Prem data gateway only works with flows and apps you create in the default environment of the subscription.

Also, you might want to refresh the connection or log out of the current session, close the browser and log in again, try reconnecting.

Hello and thanks for answering,
Yes I used the same Microsoft/Bizspark account for both of them. I will try to reinstall the gateway though to verify everything, but as said, the gatway is there when trying to create my flow.
Will try some more, thanks again.

I'm getting closer I think, reinstall and windows logout/login helped getting the Diagnosis to report success.
Now I just need to figure out why my Filecopy node throws an error in my face (error executing the api 'datasets/default/folders/xxxx') when I try to pick a folder to upload files from.
But I'm getting there...

Hey @elwis

Can you share some details on what you are trying to do? If you are trying to access structured data from the onprem, i would suggest using sharepoint connection on the onprem data gateway.

Hello,
I'm just trying different scenarios for evaluating some real business cases where we will use it for accesing ERP logic.

It seem that the Gateway is up and running finally, even If I can't get it to use the template for copying files to sharepoint (as a test). It doesn't like when I'm trying to pick source folder on my GW server, it gives me the api error.

Anyway, this is just for testing and the GW seem to be working, I'll just pick some other template for further evaluation.
