Hello Community Experts

I have created a flow, where, when a record is created in SharePoint, it posts the adaptive card to teams

The adaptive card is getting posted to the channel

But how do i get the response from all the users in teams who enter the details using adaptive cards?

Please guide

Hello @Sumaira ,

Do you have a predefined list of users while you create the flow to whom the message needs to be sent on teams and wait for the response of that message?

Did you try to configure your flow as per the blog, you need to add parallel actions to sent message to teams, no. of actions corresponds to no of users to whom message needs to be sent. To get response from user, use Post Adaptive card to teams and wait for response. This is the general idea.

Hello @Sumaira ,

I think it is not possible currently to get multiple user responses from single adaptive card. As an alternate solution, you can send adaptive card to multiple users, and get their responses.

Can you please guide me on that because i tried that step for two users and it says
The request failed. Error code: 'GraphUserDetailNotFound'. Error Message: 'No user details with email or UPN "EMAIL GOES HERE" were found

Hello @Sumaira , are you specifying more than one user in Teams action? Teams action can accept only one user in recipient field.

okay thanks for the info
But how to apps like Agile Polly and all work for one channel and multiple user responses ? Are they not using adaptive cards?
