Prompted to Start a Power Apps Trial when accessing via a URL

I've developed an app.
 
I'm trying to access the App via a URL to test it.
 
I'm being prompted to Start a Power Apps trial...
 
 
I'm the Admin on the enviornment and I'm using the same web browser as I'm logged in
 
 
Can anyone tell me what  on Earth is going on?

    Are you sure, the app does not use Premium Connectors or Components?
    Is it Model-driven or Canvas app?
