Hello Power Automate Community,
I have registered for a trial nexmo account and started to do some tests of the "Send an SMS" action, and found out that even when there is a problem sending the SMS, the action always returns status as ok.
Nexmo provides a web dashboard for their service, so you can track any SMS sent, and there is where I can see that for some of the SMSs, there was an error, but the action in power automate always returned status as ok.
Has anyone been able to find a way to get the errors back from the Nexmo connector ?
I opened a ticket with Nexmo/Vonage and they have kindly reminded me to get in contact with Microsoft to implement a web hook to receive the errors, that I am afraid I don't know how to ask for that to Microsoft.
I also opened a ticket with Microsoft and they told me that they are passing to the action the results sent by the Nexmo service, and it looks like it does not contain error information.
On the other hand, I have seen this article from 2018 (link) where it already mentioned that Nexmo had no error handling in the action ... but I was expecting it could have been improved since then.
Anyway, if somebody knows if it is possible to get error hangling with the nexmo action "Send an SMS", I would really appreciate if they can share this knoledge.
