SharePoint Site Address not being recognised

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a flow.

For the 'Site Address' field, I have selected one of the drop-down options:

HKA Innovation Hub - https://localnet1.sharepoint.com/sites/HKAInnovationHub

but when I click 'save' - a there is a pop-up up saying this:

Enter SharePoint site address and list/library name

Select a SharePoint site address from your recently used list of sites or select 'Enter custom value' to copy the SharePoint site URL from your browser address into the Site Address field.

But I have selected a sharepoint address from the drop-down options. I've also tried manually entering the SharePoint address as a 'custom' option, but it doesn't work that way as well.

Also when I tried to run a test, I received this error:
{
  "status"404,
  "message""List Not Found\r\nclientRequestId: 76c2ca61-0ece-4caf-a696-79c30ea8b23d\r\nserviceRequestId: a005809e-00f2-6000-ceba-3b7118bf2a18"
}

Please help me fix this, so I can run my flow!

Thanks,
Anna

    Re: SharePoint Site Address not being recognised

    Hi @gamoraes,

    Thanks for the welcome!

    Yes, I'm using the "when a file is created or modified (properties only)" trigger.

    Yes, I have selected the Site Address "HKA Innovation Hub - https://localnet1.sharepoint.com/sites/HKAInnovationHub" from drop down options and Library Name "Documents" from the drop-down options, but it gives me that error, so I am confused.

    Also, rather than automatically everytime a file is created/ updated, there is an approval sent out (that's the flow I'm creating), I'd like to just have an option to send an created/ updated file for approval. Is that possible to do? Have the approval as a manual option and the person chooses whether or not they want to send it for approval? (because someone may be editing the file, but not have finished it, so they wouldn't want to send it for approval everytime they've edited).

    Thanks!
    Anna

    Hi @Anonymous

    First of all welcome to community!

    What trigger you are using?

    This erros looks like an error with trigger 'When file is create or update'. In this triggers you need select the site and the List Name that yoiu wanna watch.

    Best Regards,
