Problems with AI Builder in Power automate

Hello,

I have a Powerautomate flow that has a step with the Ai Builder (Process documents). This flow is active since september 2025 and I never had issues. Since yesterday my flows fails and keeps running. I get the message: BadRequest of request time out at the Process Documents step.

In our environment (admin centre) there are no problems. I have tried everything to get the flow live again. My AI shows this message, but there is no other description than this:

I hope somebody knows why this happens (and why now after all of these months)?

And how I can fix the flow.

We are facing the same issue with response of predict model, it is failing due to request timeout, it was working perfectly fine over past couple of years.

Hi

This matches a currently known Microsoft issue affecting AI Builder in Power Automate. It is not resolved yet:

If you have access to the Power Platform Administrator Center then you can check the status under Support > Known Issues > Filter by Power Automate or issue number.
