Add a new row in Dataverse Table - Lookup Table

HI Everyone 
 
I have some doubts regarding Dataverse Table in Powerautomate  
 
 
 
I have a List row which is lookup table for creating a Add new row 
 
Filter in the List Rows 
 
 
While creating a new row it is showing an error 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Showing an error 
"URL was not parsed due to an ODataUnrecognizedPathException. Resource not found for the segment provided in the URL."
 
 
Could anyone please help me to fix the issue
