Can we mark unwanted fields as "Not available in document/collection"?

Hi
There are many  unwanted default fields in pre-built models in Microsoft AI builder, I only need some of them, but They indeed exist in the document.
should i have to mark them all or mark them  as "Not available in document/collection"?

    You actually don't need to mark them. They will be extracted by the AI but you don't have to use them. If you, for instance, use the AI output in a Power Automate flow, you can simply just select the output variables you are interested in.
