Hi All,

I am designing a power page form for offence reporter.

As the reporter is progressing through the eligibility questions for their chosen offence type, each question will contain different logic determining if a submission is deemed eligible to be submitted via the online form:

If the responses provided meet a certain criteria reporters will be deemed eligible and will be allowed to progress through to the next stage of the form to capture further details relating to their report.

For certain questions if responses provided are ineligible, immediately display a warning message notifying the reporter that the online form is not suitable for their submission and disable the ability to proceed further with the form until they select the answers eligible for proceeding further.

For certain questions if responses provided are ineligible, immediately display a warning message but allow the reporter to proceed further while immediately flag the report for manual triage in the background.

The approach has to be table driven.

Table :- Fields
Fields table to have columns as below:-

Field_ID (Unique Identifier): Primary Column
Field_Text (string)
Response (Binary Yes/No)
Hard_Stop_Or_Warning (string)
Message (string)
Submit_Button Binary (Disabled/Enabled)

e.g if for field_id 1, in form if the customer chose response as "No" then Hard stop with message "Cannot report offence from different state" and submit button is disabled.
should also be coming from a Field table, not hard coded.

COuld you please suggest (or share links) on how can I do it in Power App using Forms, Flows and Javascript
