Hi
I want, when a form is sent, power automaton must check whether Answers A & B & C exist in the excel file. If it does, it must not be added in the excel file. And if it does not exist, it must be added in the excel file

Hi @Sobenara ,

Could you please share some some screenshots of your MS Forms and your table structure? That will make it much easier to assist.

In addition, i have made a simple test for your reference.

1. Here is my MS Forms and excel file.

2. Here is my flow.

ColumnName eq 'Value'
length(outputs('List_rows_present_in_a_table')?['body/value'])

@v-yujincui-msft It almost works 100%, now I have a problem I get an extra row when there is a new bike number and an empty row when the bike number already exists

Any idea? 🙂

@v-yujincui-msft ok thanks here is my flow setup

How do I check if item exists in multiple columns in Excel?
How do I ensure I have unique values in 2 columns before submitting the new row from Forms? if the old row does not have the same value as the new one, the new one must be added to the excel file.
Values I want are "BikeNumber" and "BikeProblems" so if the bike number does not have the same problem I want it added in the file.

Hi @Sobenara ,

Do you need to compare two conditions? Add new row in excel table only if there is no same 'BikeNumber' and 'BikeProblems' in same row.
