I have several SharePoint libraries that are apart of a workflow, the document in the library moves after so many days to the next library. That works fine, my issue is that after I updated my SharePoint form to a power apps form two columns of meta data are dropping out as it moves. My column names match, I just can't figure out why this is happening, all of the other columns metadata copy fine to the next library. I have deleted the columns, rebuilt the columns, deleted the form, rebuilt the form....I don't know what else to do.
I have a flow that moves files from library to library (based on a delay), it copies the file and meta data, it worked fine, until I updated all my forms to power apps, now I have two libraries where two columns of meta data are dropping out (the other libraries are not doing this and they are set up the same). I have deleted the libraries, rebuilt the libraries, deleted the power apps form, rebuilt the form and the two columns of meta data are still dropping out. The column data is for a single line of text, no default text and the other column is person or group, all set up the same as the other libraries.
What type of columns are the columns with which you are having an issue?
How are you moving the document?
Thank you so much for responding! Yes, the data related to the columns are there in the run history. So, your saying its in my power app where the issue is, do you have any suggestions on what it might be?
In the Power Automate, Run History do you see the data related to the columns. If you see the data in the Run History but not writing into the columns, then setting the values in the Power Automate may need to be checked.
Please provide additional information about your findings.
