I'm still practicing building flows.
I got the following half working.
The goal - 'If the workbook in the SP Library is edited/updated' then edit/update the corresponding SP List.
I had entered 'Googlr' as the original test data, build the flow, then changed 'Googlr' to 'Google' and triggered the flow.
The flow updated the miss-spelling, however it also created a copy of each of the existing line items on the SP List. It basically copied the list, rather than just updating the edit.
My ultimate goal of the flow is to edit/update SP List where edits/updates are made to existing data in the Library workbook, and where a NEW item is add to the workbook add that new item to the SP List.
Conclusion: Flow shall always edit/update and/or add data whenever the workbook it editedd/updated, data is added to, or the entire workbook is overwritten with a new copy (with the exact same name and columns just different data.
