currently our service account has this free license for power automate, and hence inside any Apply to each we can not process more than 5,000 items:-

also here are the available license offered inside our tenant:-

so what is the minimum license needed to be able to handle more than 5,000 items inside Apply to each ?

Please see: Solutions to the SharePoint 5000 item limit using Power Automate by @Paulie78

"If you need to get more than 5000 items from a SharePoint list, there are a number of different approaches. I’ve written up three different ways to solve the problem, which return exactly the same result, but have very different execution times...

My requirement is to return 17,000 SharePoint list items to a PowerApp. I used Power Automate to get the data but found the standard “Get Items” action to be too slow. A good user experience is essential for application acceptance.

@ekarim2020  thanks for the reply.. but this did not answer my question about the licesne.. also in my case i am getting around 6000 results inside the "Search for users V2" action and not inside Get items action.. here is my original issue @ https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/InvalidTemplate-Unable-to-process-template-language-expressions/m-p/1279837#M145736 .. can you have a look and advice?

    Thanks

This is really then a licensing question, which can be quite complex and we could talk to our Microsoft solutions partner in our organisation for advice.

Having said that, take a look at the following links that may help you make a decision:
