Hi.
I need some help. How to do same function as google autocrat in ms flow?
Thanks.

Autocrat function is.
1.Fill the form.
2.Auto generate word file (mail merge)
3. Convert file to pdf then send email.

Currently, there is no Autocrat function can be used in Flow. Please consider submitting a request on Flow Ideas Forum so that it might be considered in the future releases:

Hi, @v-yamao-msft & @GabrielStJohn ,

Has anything changed regarding this in the past year? Or is there an option to achieve a similar result using multiple flows chained together?
I.e., Could you use this: https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/2be590104bdd11e78896d10a96d3fac3/record-form-responses-in-sharepoint/
and then this: https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/827b37728b634ba89e3e6678ddff334e/send-a-customized-email-when-a-new-file-is-added/
so that an email is generated (to a non-sharepoint user/general email address) that links them to a document they can then download/print?

Hi @c-bock

Please see the screenshots below:

What I am doing is, getting the response from the form and creating an array that contains the question and the response. (Note: I am hardcoding the questions here from the form).

With this array, I am creating an HTML table and saving this as an html file on OneDrive (this is a temporary file that i am creating). Now with the Convert File action from OneDrive, I am converting the HTML file to a PDF file and creating the PDF file on OneDrive. The next step is to delete the html file and send create a sharing link for the PDF file. In the send emal action, I am sending the URL of the pdf file and I am also attaching the PDF file with the email.
