Here is a brief outline of how you can do this using Power Automate:

    1. Create a new Flow in Power Automate.
    2. Use the 'When a HTTP request is received' trigger to start the Flow.
    3. Add a 'Execute a SQL query' action. Connect to your PostgreSQL database.
    4. In the SQL query action, call your stored procedure.
    5. Send the response back using the 'Response' action.
    6. Save the Flow.
    7. In your Power App, use the 'PowerAutomate.Run()' function to call the Flow.

Note: You will need to handle inputs and outputs appropriately based on your specific requirements.

If you want to use Azure Functions instead, you would write a function that connects to your PostgreSQL database, calls the stored procedure, and then returns the result. You can then call this Azure Function from your Power App.
