Trying again... Excel file created in PA is corrupt and can not be open in Sharepoint or One Drive

Whenever I save the excel file; either in Sharepoint or One Drive I get the corrupt file /extension not same issue as I am reading all through PA Community. However, I have not found a solution to work for me yet. I have tried the Compose option and change the output to the script body and can not get that to work as well

Here is the scenario:

I have created a form, which the questions/responses are based off the time of day. An excel template is filled in based off the time of the selected response and an email is sent with this template. I should only have one email sent at the given time selected. Ex: emails sent at 9AM with the 9AM responses, 1PM with the 1PM responses, etc.

The file is created into Sharepoint with a file name of time and date. There will be 5 files saved a day.

I also have to create file that does not have a date in the file name, to build off for the next time submission. This will keep the prior time(s) answers as well as the current time answers. I use this file to get file details for the next submission.
