When publish my app, the 'Auto assign per app passes​' changes from Yes to No automatically...

Hi! 

 

When I publish my app, 'Auto assign per app passes' automatically is set to No. This has never happened before, and I have worked with the same app for one year. The 'Auto assign per app passes' should be Yes always and not change when I publish the app. I am co-owner of the app.

 

Does anyone know what I should do to solve the problem?
