i have office 365 and part of it is teams and kaizala, i have created group in kaizala from teams. but what i want that if an attachment like a pictures or document is sent to kaizala group and i wanted automatically to be posted to the teams group for archiving, i tried flow creating a trigger for when an attachment is sent, the action is kaizala upload the file and from team action is to post a message with media source, but every time i test the flow it take more than 10 min to upload the file and the run expire

what about if i send the pictures to an email or upload them to sharepoint

Sorry for I'm afraid that the function to send the image in teams is not supported in Microsoft flow currently.

now in order to fix this i have made another step i start like this
1st action is to upload from attachment an i use dynamic called file content
2nd to upload from the file and i used media resources
but whenever i test the 1st action never finish and it give action expire like this

i think the answer to my flow is to use dynamic item called (media source) the thing is that when ever i use upload media or upload media from attachment i cant find it as the picture below
but if use action from team i can find it and its actually a kaizala dynamic item as the picture below
the way i understand it i have to upload the file 1st using media resources before i can post to the team? can some one help

i tried what you have said, but it still the same, because my problem is not with posting the message in team, the problem that the flow expire in the uploading media from kiazala step, it dont get to the flow
