Hi, what is required to use an on-premises Exchange server as an SMTP server for email notifications? What IP's or DNS names should we allow for relay? I am unable to create a connection.

Thanks.

IP Range for flow is here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/limits-and-config

You will need authentication as well by the look of it to use the SMTP conenctor.
