Hi All,

I have office 365 E1 license allocated to one my user. In my tenant we are not using pooled license.

I want to understand how many flows i can run in the flow?

What is the difference between number of flow runs vs API request?

What are the limitations?

@ScottShearer  @eric-cheng Please help.

Thank You

    Hi @vish3027 ,

A flow run is how many times your flow runs.  An API request is defined below.

Based on this, E1 is entitled to Power Automate flows with standard connectors.  You will have performance limits based on the tier of licensing.  You can download the PDF guide here.

    Hi, @vish3027

    What are the limitations?

You can peruse the limitations of PA here:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/limits-and-config

One workflow may call many APIs. More on this below:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/api-request-limits-allocations

API limits can be found below.

    Hi @eric-cheng @Gaznae ,

Does changing license from E1 to E3 or E5 will help? Does this gives more API requests and flows or it will remain same 2000 flows and 2000 Api request per 24 hours?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi @vish3027 ,

Based on the licensing guide, E1-E5 will have the same limits of 2000.  You can look to purchase a per user plan which will have 5000 or a D365 plan.
