MS Shifts Trigger, does it work?

Has anyone had success with the "When a Shift is created, updated or deleted" trigger ? I have setup a very simple flow to see what it retrieves and have had no success getting this to trigger. I create a shift, edit a shift, delete a shift, none of those actions ever hit the trigger. I have read similar posts with no solution. Is this trigger functional or requires additional conditions be put into the trigger settings?

They all point to the correct shift schedule

@ChristianAbata or anyone else. Can you let me know if you are GCC tenant or not? Microsoft is claiming shifts trigger in preview is not supported in GCC, thus the reason it dosent work. If anyone can test that is not GCC i will respond back to support
