Send email with options updating a value in a SharePoint list

Hi there,

Trying figure out if you are able to add a value (text or number) to an SharePoint list by using and email.
I currently understand "Send email with Options", however, the 'User Options' field need a number range between 300 and 850.

Here is the scenario: Client completes a form on MS Forms > When a new response is submitted > get details > create an item on a SharePoint List > Send and email with options (here I would like to have a manual input)> Update item.

Can this be done?

Best Regards,

Niel

    Hi @Orvyn ,

As far as I know, there currently isn't a way to change the' email with options' outside of the standard choice fields.

You could explore using Outlook adaptive cards here.  It allows you a bit more flexibility for capturing input from users.
