Is it possible to use Microsoft Flow to setup syncing between Google Calendar and Office 365.

We use Office 365 for our business. But Google Home (assistant) only works with Google Calendars. It would be awesome to use Google Home more productively.

So im thinking the different flows would be

  • When New Event in O355 -> Create new event in GCal
  • When Edit Existing Event in O365 -> Edit matching event in GCal
  • When Delete Event in O365 -> Delete matching event from GCal

And a bonus flow

  • Create new event in GCal -> Create new event in O365l but avoid a loop

    Hi @jarge,

Do you want to sync the event of Office 365 Outlook to Google calendar when create, edit and delete an event in Office 365 Outlook?

    • For “When New Event in O365”-> “Create new event in Google Calendar”

I have made a test on my side and the flow works well. My flow’s configuration as below:4.JPG

The flow works successfully as below:5.JPG

    • For “Edit Existing Event in O365”-> “Edit matching event in Google Calendar”.

There is no way to update matching event in Google Calendar when an event is modified in Office 365 Outlook in Microsoft Flow currently.

    • For “When Delete Event in O365”-> “Delete matching event in Google Calendar”.

There is no way to delete matching event in Google event when an event is deleted in Office 365 Outlook in Microsoft Flow currently.

There is no way to sync matching event of Outlook calendar to Google calendar when edit or delete an event in Office 365 Outlook calendar. If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

For your bonus question, @v-micsh-msft has provided the solution, please check the following thread:
