I am confused about my task that I am trying to create an automation system that simply assigned people will get an e-mail when a PDF file uploaded to SharePoint subfolder and they have to digitally sign that PDF, if not, reminder e-mails will send until signing and approve their status to signed. Can you help me with that?

Happy to help but we are not here to write peoples stuff for them.

You have some good details, but need to write out a step by step plan of attack of what you need

Then, do some google searches as they are pretty straight forward. Truly happy to help but we need you to put some effort in and then we can help you fill in the blanks.

If you are confused about what you are supposed to build, then we won't be able to help but just as a starting point.

    1. Create an Automated Trigger for when a File is created in SharePoint
    2. Determine who should get emailed
    3. use Send an Email V2
    4. Use Adobe to sign it (or one of the other paid actions/connectors)
    5. Setup some tracking system, maybe in SharePoint, that tracks when a file comes in, tracks that you emailed them, tracks whether they signed or not, if signed, track When they signed it
    6. Then have a secondary flow, that runs every day, that would check for any Documents who's "signed date" is  NULL/Blank and send reminder emails to the people to remind them to sign them

Not hard, but there are a lot of examples of how to do this stuff, so if you look at the Templates etc, we can help you fix anything in between.

    Hello,
Thank you for your answer I appreciate it, but I think you misunderstand me I am not expecting that someone to do my stuff.
I have already created algorithm but there are major problems.
    1. Trigger when a file uploaded to SharePoint subfolder
    2. Identify approvers
    3. Send notification to assigned people that PDF is raised and request a sign
    4. Send reminder notifications (e-mails who not signed yet (Could be by e-mail or teams or etc.)
    5. If an approver signed the document change its status to approved/signed
    6. After all approvers done the signature process upload file to another subfolder and send it to the assigned person.

Problem here is this is parallel signature process: where will the approvers going to upload signed documents or there is a way to sign on the SharePoint (without DocuSign, Adobe Sign) How to prevent mixing up the documents and how to merge the signatures in one file?

    Thank you
