Flow get Approval email

Hi,

is there a way to get the name of the approval flow email in Office 365?

Example: I sent an approval mail to 3 people, and update a status in Sharepoint with the approvers email.

Imagine that Joe, Jason and Jack are the approvers. Once they get the email, Jason hits the approval button. So I get Jason name and save in a Sharepoint field.

Is there a way to get Jason name?

Thanks for the help.

Regards,

Caio

    Hi Caio,

I was able to test this scenrio in my SPO site successfully. I created a simple list with Title and Manager. I used the 'Send SharePoint List Items for email approval' Flow template. However, I added an extra action as shown below. It seems to work on a first-come-first-service basis. The first manager who approves get's his/her name saved as a Title. If a second manager clicks the Accept button then it doesn't update the item. Hope this helps!

    Hi @darogael,

I've tryed but for me I'm still not getting the name of the person who approved. Check the flow attached.

Once a new item is created.

I sent email to Ana and Roberto.

    Both receive approval email.

The first who accepts/declines the approval

I want to get the answer(Easy) but I also want to get if it was approved by Ana or Roberto.

This is what I have to do and I don't know how to do it.

    Could you check again?

Follow this thread, that logic works for me.. though you need to ensure you update this condition everytime you edit the flow..
