Flow get Approval email

Hi,

is there a way to get the name of the approval flow email in Office 365?

 

Example: I sent an approval mail to 3 people, and update a status in Sharepoint with the approvers email.

Imagine that Joe, Jason and Jack are the approvers. Once they get the email, Jason hits the approval button. So I get Jason name and save in a Sharepoint field.

 

Is there a way to get Jason name?

    Hi Caio,

    I was able to test this scenrio in my SPO site successfully. I created a simple list with Title and Manager. I used the 'Send SharePoint List Items for email approval' Flow template. However, I added an extra action as shown below. It seems to work on a first-come-first-service basis.The first manager who approves get's his/her name saved as a Title. If a second manager clicks the Accept button then it doesn't update the item. Hope this helps!

    Hi @darogael,

     

    I've tryed but for me I'm still not getting the name of the person who approved. Check the flow attached.

    Once a new item is created.

    I sent email to Ana and Roberto.

    Both receive approval email.

    The first who accepts/declines the approval

    I want to get the answer(Easy) but I also want to get if it was approved by Ana or Roberto.

    This is what I have to do and I don't know how to do it.

    Follow this thread, that logic works for me.. though you need to ensure you update this condition everytime you edit the flow..
