I've a strange issue here, I have a word file template with elements in it that are correctly showed in the build:
But when I run it, it says that it does not contain template elements?
but I see values?

Because it ain't there 🙂 I found the solution here:
“The selected file doesn’t contain template elements” error in Microsoft Flow – NateChamberlain.com
Go to the "Developer tab". Highlight the text in the template tag and choose "plain text" from the Developer menu.
Gotta use Plain Text not Rich Text:
