Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi,

I am new to Power Automate and I am working on fixes to a flow set up by someone else. The purpose of this flow is to send one email to multiple contacts when an action is made and the conditions are met. What the flow is doing instead, is sending one email to each of the contacts separately. The issue this is causing is that the contacts receiving the email are expecting to see other contacts attached to the same email and it is causing confusion every time. Below are screen shots of the flow as it is currently. My guess is it has something to do with the apply to each function, but I can't figure out where to even begin to fix it. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated as I am new to Power Automate and not sure how to use all the functions yet.
