Flow not starting Automatically

Hi All

I created a flow from an outlook trigger to create a new outlook and planner task.  The flow doesn't run though.  I tried doing a test and it worked, but I can't seem to get it to run automatically.

    Hi @nscalone_HOK,

The “When a new email arrives” trigger runs when one or more of these properties of incoming email match criteria that you provide.

The success of your test indicates that the configuration of your flow is correct. Please check if there is something wrong with the incoming email.

Note: You can upload a pbix file to Onedrive or any web storage and share the link. Do mask sensitive data before uploading

    Best regards,

    Kris

    **UPDATE**

So the "trigger" was that the email had to be sent by a specific person.  @v-xida-msft Can the trigger just be that the email hits a specific folder OR can it be that the email is from a user part of a specific "membership" group? So let's say Rebecca and Beth are both members of the group "accounting"  How can I say "start run from an email from any member of specific group"

    Thanks!

Hi @v-xida-msft! Sorry for delay I was out on holiday.

How do I set or determine what criteria is provided?  So the way I have my outlook inbox setup, I created a rule that automatically places an email in a specific folder in my inbox (new project folder)...I THOUGHT that my "flow" was setup to run automataically when an email hits that "new project folder"...but maybe it's not.

    Let me check again.

Thank you for the reply though
