Price List Items Flow

Hi all,

I'm working on a Power Automate flow that triggers when a Product is created in Dynamics 365. The goal is to automatically create a related Price List Item (Product Price Level) and link it to our Default Price List.

🔄 What I'm Trying to Do:

Trigger: When a Product is created.

Action: Add a new row to Product Price Levels (productpricelevel)

  • Product: using the Product ID from the trigger
  • Price List: using the default pricelist on the product
  • Amount: set to a default value (e.g., 0.00)

❌ The Problem:

When the flow runs, I get this error:

URL was not parsed due to an ODataUnrecognizedPathException. Resource not found for the segment provided in the URL.

❓ My Questions:

  1. What exactly causes this ODataUnrecognizedPathException?
  2. Am I referencing the Product or Price List incorrectly?
  3. What's the correct way to set lookups when using Power Automate with Dataverse

Any help or example would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Lookup columns require a different format for the input.

Have a look at the below article from Tom Riha which demonstrates (in this example it is an update, but the same logic applies for an add new row) what the format is and how you can lookup the correct table name:

    Happy to help out 😁
