MS Flow to send MS Form response to SharePoint List

Is it possible to create a MS Flow that sends responses from a MS Form to different SharePoint lists. For example, when someone response to the MS Flow depending on the Department field the response goes to a different list. So If I complete the MS Form and put in IT for the department the MS Flow will send that response to a SharePoint list for the IT Department if someone submits the MS Form and enters Marketing for the Department the MS Flow will send that response to the Marketing Department SharePoint List.

You'll need to use different SharePoint connectors for each list, but yes its very possible to do taht.

Here's a series of articles for how to use Power Autoamte with Microsoft Forms. Overview of Forms triggers and actions within flows - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs

To save the information to different SharePoint lists just use different actions that point to the different lists. Use Switches or Conditions to decide which of the SharePoint actions to invoke.
