Power Automate - Create a flow with a form that you didn't create

I am looking to see if I can create a flow with a MS Form that I didn't create, but was shared with me. I am trying to alleviate some work off of the creator of the form.

    Hi Rowan,

    Enter in the MS Form id as a custom value.  Grab the URL of the form and paste just the characters AFTER the id= as a custom value.
    (I learned this from @RobElliott  response to an older question)
