Recurring flow with approval that does not work

Hello, I created a flow with the aim of sending an email reminder to collaborators so that they can update the list item.
I used an approval email so that he can close or keep the list item directly from the email.
The flow is triggered every 15 days, and sends a reminder only for unclosed elements.

I did a test and it works fine for me. I also observe in the approval menu (mine) that the requests are sent to collaborators. The problem is that he doesn't collect the email like me.
Do you have any idea of the problem? I specify that I shared the flow with the collaborator group

Can you please show the flow and detail out...like do you mean its working for you but not for others?

Did you happen to share the related sharepoint lists etc as well with the team?

are you getting any specific. Error ..can you check the flow run pge

No, I don't have any error and since I'm the one who programmed the flow, I give you in my approvals, a list for the person concerned but they don't receive an approval message.

one possible reason is that the approval itself is not getting triggered because of the condition failing

can you check the flow run page once on how it is navigating

The problem is that with nested conditions I don't see the details of the execution, I just know that it fails and a priori because the approval time has been reached.
The flow runs every 1 days. it checks the deadline in my list and if it is reached, I send a message to request the closure of the contract.
I think the flow is running but it's still running because it doesn't have a response in the approval phase and it ends up not succeeding
When I run the flow for me, it works... I get the message, choose the option and it finishes correctly.

Hello. I took the time to check in with the users and it seems that they are now receiving the clickable message.

But the problems are different:

- First: all reminders are sent to the entire group. However, I would like it to be sent only to the employee concerned.

- Then, it seems that even if it approves the message, there is no update (so the flow does not work all the way) but this may be related to the fact that the whole group is the recipient of the approvals.

I would like a little help to understand as corrected this type of recurring manual flow for which I am not too accustomed.
