    Hey @Jawaharprem ,

    That might be achieved by getting all items on your list and filtering them like "Date le 'year/month'".

    After that you'll getting all specific ID's which you than use to delete these item.

    How the filter need to look depends on how the date is stored and what your internal name looks like.

    Hi @Jawaharprem ,

    Here is my test for your reference, if you want to delete records created in 2023.

    @v-mengmli-msft

    just a question: doesn't "dayofyear()" only give back the number of that specific day, does it?
    As an example: that would give back 74 for the 15/03/2023, because it's the 74th day of the year.

    With that condition nothing would be deleted.

    Or am I wrong here?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reminder, you are right, I revised my reply.

    @Jawaharprem You can also refer to the method from @smorph .

    Best regards,

    Rimmon
