email reminders based on date in dataverse table

Hi and Thank you in advance,

I have created a model-driven app to use as an internal management system. The app logs work orders dates, clients etc (basically similar to a CRM) with some added extras.. I am currently attempting to set up automated emails using flow to send an email informing the assigned user that the WO is due, overdue etc. The data i am inputting into the email uses data from lookup columns aswell as internal columns specifically for the table.

The issue I am having is when I create the flow the true value is not being returned in the email but rather I believe it is the integer or no data at all. Is anyone able to point me in the right direction to convert this number into the text value and have them values show in the email.

I have attached images of a run flow below and a copy of the returned email

    Hi @JohnM86 ,

    Please try the following:

    1. Look at the output of your List rows action and see if the value is returned.  If so, feference that field.

    2. If not, refer to this blog here on referencing lookup values in Dataverse

    Hi @eric-cheng

Thank you for providing me with the info, however, I have attempted to follow the blog, but the suggestions do not seem to work in my case. Are you able to clarify where i should be referencing the values?

The values returned for properties for example are

    properties@odata.associationLink,
    properties@odata.navigationLink

but it does not show the value for the property, the assigned to etc all show the correct value,

    type@OData.Community.Display.V1.FormattedValue":"Property Inspection","type":127760000

I am just struggling on where i should be referencing these and in what format.

    Thanks
