I've created a power automate flow for a purchase order approval in business central. I created this flow using the purchase order template, it seems to work but however, after approving the purchase order in power automate, the status of the purchase order in business central doesn't change.

Does your Flow include a Business Central action to approve in BC?

The approval step in Flow is not tied to Business Central and the only way to approve back in Business Central is to utilize this action to notify the base approval that it has been approved.
