Changes are not reflecting after publishing only for the old users, the new ones can see the changes

I have been presenting this problem for almost 2 days, my changes are not reflected in the bot of teams for the users that already have the bot, the new ones can see them, i try to unistall and install the bot, but the problem persists. Can somebody help me?

I am getting the same issue, published the bot and it's working on the test interface but the changes are not showing up in Teams.
