MS flow Approvals (Expecting an actionable email)

Hello,

I notice that the first approval sent to a given user is incorrectly displayed and the following message is displayed (Expecting an actionable email).

The approval card is displayed correctly from the second approval sent.

Is this normal? Thank you very much!

    Can you explain a little more about your issue.  When you say the first approval message vs the second what do you mean?

    The behavior is the same for several users I've tested with. I hope it's clear.
