Sharepoint site files cannot be found by Power Automate

Hello All,

I tried to build an automated flow which is handles files in our Sharepoint site, but it seems that, we have a "bug" with the site.  We have tremendous number of files stored and used in a daily basis on that Sharepoint site and those files which are sitting in the folders which name has been changed after creation, cannot seen by the Power Automate flow.

I checked a failed test output and the value in the code is empty, so it seems like there is no any file created in this libraries at all.

I only could build my flow when I created a new library and I did not changed anything in it, after creation (no renaming or adding extra column).

Can you help me where can I get support to try to fix this?

Thank you in advance,

Anett

maybe your issue is the amount of data in the library? Try enabling the following:

Let me know if this made any difference.
